Terms of Service

I Draw:

Most comfortable.

  • OCs

  • Anime/Game characters

  • Humanoids

  • Birds. I like birds.

I Don't Draw:

Lack of skill or unwilling.

  • Mecha

  • Furry (but I can try)

  • Real people

  • NSFW

Guidelines:

  • I work from picture references only. Please provide clear ones! AI generated references are prohibited.

  • Let me know about your character's vibes, mood, etc. Otherwise, I will either use default expressions or take creative liberties.

  • Delivery times may vary. It could take a couple of weeks--or more depending on life. Please don't rush me. However, you can ask for progress updates.

  • If you need the piece by a certain date, reach out beforehand to check the current timeline.

  • You will receive: PNG files, delivered through email, Discord, or social media.

  • Commissions (from raffles/prizes/giveaways) are for personal use only.

  • Sometimes I might stream the art process via Twitch or Discord.

  • The client may post the art to social media WITH credit.

  • I (the artist) may post the art to social media and/or my Discord, unless requested otherwise.

  • I reserve the right to include the finished piece in my portfolio/galleries.

  • DO NOT claim the art as your own creation, make edits that disrupts the original piece, use for monetary gain, upload to AI machines, or use for NFTs.

  • I reserve the right to decline requests if uncomfortable and/or unable to fulfill them.

Regarding YCH:

  • What you will receive: 1000x1000 px (unless otherwise stated) PNG files with and without background.

  • Simple background only.

  • See above for what I will/will not draw.

  • Please send all references that will be needed, and which type of expression you would like (happy, sad, angry, etc.)

  • Complicated designs will be simplified.

  • One revision is allowed in the sketch-lineart phase. However, color adjustments can be made.

  • My YCH bases are for my usage only. Do not steal them.

  • Note for YCH Cheebs: Eyes will NOT have pupils because of the style.
